Baby Charlies Room!

My sister Nikki is in Texas and wants to see the babies room after I painted and got furniture in it so I thought I would just post it for all to see. The room use to be a horrible yellow with dark red curtains that made you feel like you were in a cave...everytime I went in there I felt like it was closing in on me. The room is a lot brighter now!

House photos

Well here are some pictures of our beautiful flowers that are somehow surviving in this heat...unlike our grass.

This is a picture of the front of our house. I have had a few requests for house pictures so here is at least the front of it. I will straighten up the house a little more and post some pictures of the inside soon.

Thank you everyone!

It was my birthday last Sunday and this is the wonderful glider chair that Jack got me for my birthday. I love it and apparently he thinks it's his new reading chair. I want to say thanks to everyone who thought of me and called, sent cards, gifts, or sang beautiful songs to me! It was such a wonderful birthday! Jack also made sure that I was fully aware of the fact that I am now 26 which is the downward spiral to 30...so I reminded him he is not far behind!
Oh, and speaking of birthdays, today is my Dad's...HAPPY BIRTHDAY Dad we LOVE you!

FREEDOM

This is Me with my wonderful parents, twin sister Nichole visiting from Texas, and Jack at my graduation. I finally graduated from the University of Utah with a BS in Severe Special Education. I just finished up my 8th year of working in a Kindergarten Autism unit for Alpine School District to be a stay at home mom. I am excited to stay home, but will miss my job at the same time.

Here is a quick update on our family: I finally have time to make a blog. It probably won't be quite as exciting as my sister-in-law Clarissa's, but when Charlie gets here it might be comparable.
Jack is working hard for our family every day at Kilgore Paving and he really enjoys it. Right now is the busy season so he works long hours and comes home a little stressed some days, but he really enjoys the people he works with and I appreciate all his hard work. I stay surprisingly busy at home all day getting ready for the baby and getting our new home a little more put together.
