Beep! Beep!

At 10:30 the other night Jack was suppose to be putting Charlie to bed after his bottle while I took a nice relaxing bath. As I'm laying there in the tub I hear giggling outside the bathroom door and all of a sudden I see this...





How cute is that!!! I guess the stinker ate his bottle and got a second wind so Dad took the empty diaper box, lined it with blanket, and played cars with it. Charlie, as you can easily see by his facial expressions, LOVED it! Jack you are the best Dad ever! Who says you have to buy expensive toys for your children:)

So Charlie has been doing the army crawl for about a month and a half...yes he is only 6 months old! He is now getting on his knees and crawling the past 2 weeks and yesterday he started to get on his toes...is he trying to stand people, cause that is way too soon for this Mom! What a cutie pie!

Happy Valentines Day

This was Charlie's first Valentines and he got a big kiss from Mom and a Card and 2 dollar bill from his Great Grandma and Grandpa Lucy...thanks Grandma and Grandpa we LOVE you guys so much! Jack and I went to our neighbors for some yummy pizza and fondue it was so much fun! Hope you all had a wonderful Valentines and spent it with those you love:)

4 WONDERFUL years!

Well yesterday (Feb. 11) marked me and Jack's 4 year anniversary! I love my sweet Jack so much and can't believe it has already been 4 years...time really flies when your having fun! My Mom watched Charlie last night while we went to a yummy dinner at Surkura. They cook the food in front of you and it was so delicious and entertaining. Jack got me some beautiful flowers and I wish I had gotten a picture of the two of us at dinner, but I forgot my camera so the picture of us on our wedding day will have to do. We look the same and added a child:) Thank you to my sweetheart for an amazing four years and for always loving me, your perfect!

6 Months old!

How is my baby already 6 months old!? Time sure does go by fast. He is now 26 1/4 in long and weighs 15 pounds on the dot...that's a long way from 7 pounds people! He is sitting up, doing the army crawl ALL over the house and quickly tuning that army crawl into the real deal on his knees, eating solids 3 times a day and almost over the whole bottle thing (I try and give it to him but he just spits it out and looks at me like I'm crazy so we are down to only 2 a day), he loves to shake his head no no no and I have yet to decide if that's a good thing or not, and he is just the happiest baby that ever lived! We love our little angel and thank heaven for him every day!

A tribute to Grandma Ellie

Jack's Dad's Mom, Grandma Ellie, passed away this week and she will be greatly missed. She was always lots of fun and was sure to keep things lively! I had the pleasure of meeting her about a year ago and haven't been the same since:) We LOVE you Grandma Ellie!

Chocolate cake and Jerr Bear!

So I got this really yummy recipe off of the "Sister's Cafe" blog and it turned out wonderful so I took a picture! I have never made a bunt cake before and I was excited it turned out so well...you should all check out the blog it has way fun food ideas:) While I was making the cake Charlie and his new best friends Jerr Bear wrestled with each other...I think Charlie won! This was a great gift from our Uncle Jerry in Florida...THANKS Jerry he loves it!
